Newibah castle
Newibah castle is part of the Tentative list of Egypt in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.
Newibah castle was built on the ruins of an older castle in 1893. It used to be a police guard point and has its own fresh water well. It lies in Nuweiba (the modern town named after it) in the eastern Sinai Peninsula.
